The second edition of the book Tehqeeq, Tasawwurat aur Tajrubat (Research, Concepts and Experiences), containing several additions, is a recent IPS Press publication. For young researchers, the Institute of Policy Studies frequently holds interactive sessions where they get the opportunity to meet and learn from senior researchers. Familiarizing new and inexperienced researchers in Pakistan with paradigms and methods other than those extracted from western knowledge is of utmost importance in view of promoting indigenous research. This can be achieved through interactions between researchers and seasoned scholars who have seen and explored various dimensions of applied and theoretical research through a domestic lens.
