It is a brilliant book surrounding the concept of crime and found family which is very beautiful. The author manages to engage you in the story and sets up a beautiful world at the same time. You can't help but relate with the characters and enjoy their journey.

A very interesting and well-written book with complex characters in a game of thrones and ocean eleven worlds. The book quality was exceptional as usual and the pages were very neat and smooth. Liberty books keep their standtards high and as a book lover quality of the book matters a lot in your reading experience. Liberty books is the best answer to that.

Through excellent storytelling Leigh manages to take further the shadow and bone universe with characters you will definitely grow to love! I enjoyed it a lot :) 10/10 would reccomend you read. Wylan is definitely one of my favourites and of course, Kaz Brekker.

Why aren't there more novels like this? I enjoyed everything about this book, from the character to the narrative to the world building. It's an easy 5/5 star book for me.
