RACHEL GRAVES lives and works in London. After completing her education at Oxford University,she has worked in the publishing industry while also finding time to develop a personal yoga practice. Trained within the Iyengar yoga system, she recognises the challenge of finding time for regular yoga practice, but more importantly,is an advocate of its many benefits.
