Harri has been writing 'stuff' all her life. But after a varied career first as an actor, an aerobics teacher and a waitress, she then worked as a writer/trainer for Weight Watchers UK. Now she splits her time between writing and teaching Mat Pilates, personal training and running. She is passionate about helping people to keep fit, stay healthy and age successfully and so 'Pilates for Runners' was a book that had to be written followed closely by 'Pilates for Living' both published by Bloomsbury.
