Vicki Vrint has written over a dozen non-fiction books on everything from decluttering to veganism. She particularly loves writing self-help and spiritual titles. Her work has featured in the Guardian, Spirit and Destiny, and Natural Health Magazine, and her books have been translated into many different languages. Vicki believes that the key to happiness is to slow down and simplify our lives, and this philosophy is at the heart of her books.
In the past Vicki has written short story fiction for women's weekly magazines. She also worked for BBC Books, where she enjoyed opening Delia Smith's mail and occasionally finding readers' cake samples, which had not been improved by their postal experience. She was lucky enough to share five years of adventures in the TARDIS while editing Doctor Who fiction.
Vicki lives in Chichester and loves nothing more than exploring the countryside around her home, or - if it's a bit wet out - proofreading, ably assisted by her two cats.
